  • Original National ID or Passport.
  • Copy of KRA PIN and Tax Compliance Certificate.
  • Certified the last 6 months’ bank statements or M-Pesa statements.
  • Valid Comprehensive Insurance Cover.
  • Two recent colored passport size photos.

Requirements/Eligibility:

  • Proof of permanent employment.
  • Original National ID or Passport for identity verification.
  • Copy of KRA PIN and Tax Compliance Certificate
  • Certified last 3 months’ pay-slips
  • Certified last 6 months’ bank statements or M-Pesa statements.
  • Two colored passport size photos.

Requirements/Eligibility:

  • The original title deed in the borrower’s name and free of any legal caveats.
  • An approved valuer’s report to determine current market value of the property.
  • Original National ID or Passport.
  • Copy of KRA PIN and Tax Compliance Certificate
  • Certified last 6 months’ bank statements to confirm steady income and repayment ability.
  • Two recent colored passport size photos.
